Waiter – Fine Dining Service

About the role

Join Nusr‑Et, a globally recognised fine‑dining brand, as a Waiter. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering personalized, high‑quality service to discerning guests in a fast‑paced, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, address them by name when possible, and provide warm, professional service throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, complete opening and closing duties, and report any maintenance or hygiene issues.
• Collaborate with team members, mentor junior waitstaff, and actively participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Stay knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings, recommend menu items, and contribute to sales through effective upselling.
• Dress in full uniform, represent the brand with pride, and use equipment responsibly to control operating costs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑end or fine‑dining setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a polished professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, Arabic, Russian, Spanish) are a plus.
