Waiter – Luxury Golf Club Service

About the role

We are seeking a Waiter to join the service team at Trump International Golf Club Dubai, a luxury golf destination offering an 18‑hole championship course and premium facilities. The role involves providing attentive, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to members and guests across the club’s restaurants, lounges, patio, golf course, and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality food and beverage service to members and guests in all club venues.
• Maintain the club’s standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Assist with outdoor service during tournaments, patio dining, and special events.
• Handle wine and alcohol service in accordance with club policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a golf club, hotel, or upscale restaurant.
• Knowledge of fine‑dining etiquette and wine/alcohol service is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Food safety and responsible alcohol service certification preferred.
