About the role

Join the Moana restaurant team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering exceptional service in a casual fine‑dining environment. You will be the face of the outlet, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service, including mise‑en‑place, table setting, and light cleaning.
• Take food and beverage orders, upsell where appropriate, and accurately record sales using the POS system.
• Serve dishes and drinks according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
• Clear tables, manage dirty dishes, and maintain a clean, orderly station throughout the shift.
• Complete opening and closing duties and adapt to special guest requests.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant setting.
• Energetic, fun‑loving personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent English speaker already residing in the United Arab Emirates.
