About the role
Join EDITION in Downtown Dubai as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages, set tables, and answer menu questions.
- Communicate with the kitchen about orders, allergies, dietary needs and product availability.
- Record transactions in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware and complete closing duties.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and adhere to safety policies.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage service.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted.
