About the role
First impressions are everything for our guests. As a Welcome Ambassador you will guide visitors through memorable arrival and departure experiences, ensuring they feel cared for from the moment they step into the hotel until they leave with a smile.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that assist guests during check‑in, stay and check‑out.
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and share local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe, professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical duties.
- Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and professional conduct.
