Wellness Attendant

About the role

The Wellness Attendant ensures the Spa & Wellness areas are immaculate, welcoming and fully stocked, providing 5‑star service to guests throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all Spa & Wellness public areas, including gym, hammam, salon, changing rooms, pool surrounds and outdoor spaces.
• Assist therapists with treatment room turnover and preparation when required.
• Monitor and restock amenities, linen, towels and refreshments, ensuring all guest needs are anticipated.
• Provide courteous guest interaction, offering towels, refreshments, reading material and motivational support in the fitness centre.
• Ensure fitness equipment is clean, functional and safely presented between users.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists, manage inventory of supplies and handle waste removal.
• Attend shift briefings and regular meetings, and report any guest concerns to the Wellness Director.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a good level of spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and appreciation for the subtle elements that shape guest experience.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions and work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Flexibility with working hours and schedules in a luxury resort environment.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, housekeeping or guest‑contact role is highly regarded.
