Workplace Operations Manager – EMEA

About the role

Equinix is seeking a Workplace Operations Manager for the EMEA region to lead a regional team across multiple large sites, delivering safety, courtesy, community, and efficiency in its office environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer service standards, audit tickets, and act as the first escalation point for unresolved issues.
• Take full accountability for site security and safety, implement emergency response plans, and ensure HSE compliance.
• Manage regional CRE operations in line with finance, legal, compliance, and risk standards, communicating insights across the organization.
• Build and manage annual functional budgets, champion inclusivity, wellness, and sustainability.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Global Vendor Manager on vendor and landlord relationships and contribute to real‑estate planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or property management for sites 50,000+ sq ft., with hospitality and service‑delivery background.
• University graduate or equivalent work experience, strong project‑management and budget‑ownership track record.
• Excellent verbal and written English and a transformational, change‑ready leadership style.
