Workplace Operations Manager (EMEA)

About the role

Equinix is seeking a Workplace Operations Manager for the EMEA region to lead a regional team across multiple large sites, delivering safety, courtesy, community, and efficiency in our office environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer service standards, audit tickets, and act as the first escalation point for unresolved issues.
• Implement emergency response plans, ensure HSE compliance, and serve as out‑of‑hours contact.
• Manage regional CRE operations in line with finance, legal, compliance and risk standards.
• Build and manage annual functional budgets, champion inclusivity, wellness and sustainability.
• Partner with procurement, legal and vendor managers on landlord and vendor relationships.
• Contribute to real‑estate planning, capacity projections and CAPEX/OPEX proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or property management for sites of 50,000+ sq ft.
• Hospitality and service‑delivery background with strong people‑leadership skills.
• University graduate or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Transformational leader who coaches, praises and manages performance with care.
