About the role
We are looking for a proactive Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of M&CO Legal. The role involves coordinating office activities, managing supplies, and ensuring smooth interaction with vendors and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations to maintain an efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate maintenance of office premises and facilities.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers, monitoring performance and service delivery.
- Process vendor invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
