About the role

We are looking for a proactive Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of M&CO Legal. The role involves coordinating office activities, managing supplies, and ensuring smooth interaction with vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day office operations to maintain an efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office premises and facilities.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers, monitoring performance and service delivery.
  • Process vendor invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
