Carpenter / Sauna & Steam Room Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter / Sauna & Steam Room Technician to join our installation team in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality sauna and steam‑room fit‑outs for wellness projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry and woodwork for sauna rooms and other interior projects.
• Install sauna walls, ceilings, benches, backrests, flooring and wooden trims using approved timber such as Alder, Aspen, Thermo Aspen and Hemlock.
• Fit sauna doors, glass panels, vents, lighting profiles and related accessories.
• Assemble and install sauna heaters, controls and associated equipment.
• Assist with steam‑room installation, including wall/ceiling finishes, benches, doors, vents and steam‑room accessories.
• Coordinate with electrical and plumbing teams for steam‑room connections and ensure waterproofing preparation.
• Read and interpret basic drawings, take accurate site measurements, and ensure proper alignment and finishing.
• Identify and report site issues, material shortages or drawing discrepancies.
• Perform snagging and rectification works before project handover.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow all site safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in carpentry and/or sauna/steam‑room installation.
• Hands‑on experience with sauna installation is highly preferred.
• Ability to measure, cut, assemble and install timber accurately.
• Basic understanding of sauna heaters, controls, lighting, ventilation and steam generators.
• Physically fit and able to work at construction sites.
