Experienced Purchase Manager – Event Production

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to join an event production and fabrication company in Dubai. The role involves sourcing a wide range of materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to support project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Source materials and services required for event production, exhibitions, fit‑out and construction projects.
• Obtain, compare and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices and payment terms.
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Production, Workshop, Logistics, Accounts and senior management teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with UAE‑based suppliers and stay updated on market conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in UAE.
• Background in event production, fabrication, fit‑out, interiors or construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE supplier market and materials.
• Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively.
• Preferred age range 30–45 years; UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/E‑systems for procurement.
