Certified Personal Trainer – UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Enhance is seeking motivated Certified Personal Trainers to join its growing team across the UAE. You will deliver one‑on‑one fitness sessions at clients’ homes, gyms or outdoor locations, using the Enhance Fitness app to manage bookings, track progress and ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized training sessions tailored to each client’s goals and fitness level.
• Use the Enhance app to schedule, reschedule and document sessions, ensuring accurate records.
• Provide clients with workout plans, nutritional guidance and habit‑building tips.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety and ethical conduct during all interactions.
• Communicate regularly with the Head of Trainers regarding availability and schedule changes.

Required profile

• Accredited Personal Training Certification or a Bachelor’s degree in Sports/Physical Education.
• First Aid certification and EBBF registration.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong listening abilities, customer‑service orientation and time‑management skills.
