Consultant Pediatric ENT Surgeon

About the role

Stafmed is recruiting a highly experienced Consultant Pediatric ENT Surgeon for a full‑time position with a leading hospital in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering comprehensive, patient‑centred pediatric ENT services, both medical and surgical.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions, including congenital and acquired disorders.
• Perform pediatric ENT surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, airway surgeries, and sinus interventions.
• Provide pre‑operative and post‑operative care, develop personalised treatment plans, and manage complex airway and sleep‑disordered breathing cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, anesthetists, audiologists, and speech therapists.
• Participate in clinical governance, audit, quality improvement, and departmental education initiatives.

Required profile

• Board certification in Otolaryngology/ENT with a recognised Tier 1 qualification (ABMS, Canadian Royal College, UK CCT/CCST or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑specialisation experience in Pediatric ENT, with significant surgical expertise.
• Eligibility for Consultant‑level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAP.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and service quality.
