Continuous Improvement & Performance Management Intern

About the role

Schneider Electric is looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join its Service Operations team for a minimum of six months. The role offers hands‑on exposure to global service operations, continuous improvement programmes and performance management initiatives within the energy technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance design, process standardisation and transformation programme coordination across Service Operations.
• Work on projects to improve reporting structures, build performance dashboards and support the Cost‑to‑Serve model and other financial visibility tools.
• Maintain and lead programme reporting, action tracking and deliverable management using MS Planner.
• Create and deliver internal communications, newsletters, surveys and social‑media content for the CI & PM team.
• Assist AI and digital transformation initiatives such as Superminds and AI Scheduling Assistants.
• Orchestrate transformation initiative reports, workshop summaries, meeting minutes and action trackers.
• Support the creation and standardisation of templates, document formats and governance frameworks.
• Provide broad support to team members across five strategic axes: process standardisation, performance driving, future‑need anticipation, lean culture fostering and digital/AI adoption.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
