About the role

Ray White International is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to drive high‑impact online campaigns for its Dubai real‑estate portfolio. The ideal candidate combines solid real‑estate marketing experience with a strong IT background and hands‑on expertise in AI‑powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns, optimizing spend and performance.
• Leverage AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.) for content creation, workflow automation, and reporting.
• Maintain the company website, ensuring SEO best practices and technical health.
• Generate, nurture, and qualify leads for the sales team through landing pages and conversion‑focused tactics.
• Monitor campaign metrics, produce actionable insights, and stay current with digital and AI trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in Dubai’s real‑estate sector.
• Strong IT knowledge of websites, CMS, CRM, hosting, and marketing automation.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
