Engineering Director

About the role

An Engineering Director leads engineering strategy, technical operations and project delivery while ensuring quality, safety and efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering strategies, standards and plans.
• Lead engineering projects from planning through completion, monitoring schedules, costs and technical performance.
• Manage engineering teams, resources, budgets and technical priorities.
• Oversee design, development, testing, installation and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements and regulatory regulations.
• Identify risks, drive innovation, cost reduction and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in engineering management or senior engineering leadership.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design, project management and technical operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and resources.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
