About the role

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Hematology Field Medical Advisor specializing in CAR‑T therapies to drive scientific communication with leading specialists in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on maximizing product value through peer‑to‑peer interactions and supporting the Medical Affairs plan.

Key responsibilities

• Stay current with medical and scientific developments in hematology and CAR‑T therapies.
• Develop and maintain a network of leading specialists, understanding their needs and treatment patterns.
• Communicate the scientific value of company products, including formulary discussions and medical benefits.
• Represent the company in professional associations in collaboration with Medical Advisors.
• Provide proactive and reactive scientific information to specialists and broader healthcare audiences, adhering to approved labeling.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific queries using Medical Affairs and Medical Information resources.

Required profile

• Strong scientific background in hematology and cellular therapies.
• Experience in medical affairs or as a Medical Science Liaison.
• Excellent peer‑to‑peer communication skills with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital leaders.
• Ability to interpret and convey clinical data and treatment trends.
