HR Recruiter

About the role

XAD Technologies is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong talent pipelines, and support employer branding initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job ads on portals, social media and company channels.
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and HR records.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
• Collaborate with universities and institutes for internship and graduate hiring programs.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and recruitment procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in technical recruitment (IT, engineering, telecom) is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment software.
