In‑House Personal Trainer – Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah

About the role

Primefit is hiring full‑time in‑house personal trainers to work across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. You will deliver one‑on‑one training sessions, build client relationships and help people achieve sustainable lifestyle changes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, personalized training sessions to clients in homes, gyms or approved locations.
• Assess client goals, fitness levels and design progressive programmes.
• Monitor performance, track progress and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain accurate session records and manage bookings, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Collaborate with Primefit’s coaching, nutrition and operations teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional personal training experience.
• Recognized personal training certification and valid First Aid/CPR.
• Professional proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently within a team.

Required skills

• Exercise programming and client safety knowledge.
• Use of digital scheduling and tracking systems.
• Ability to design strength & conditioning, functional training, and weight‑management programmes.
