About the role

Vistra is seeking a Manager for Relationship Management within its Global Incorporations division, based in the UAE. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, Global Incorporations, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, driving revenue through cross‑selling, and supporting the commercial growth of the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain, develop and expand the existing client portfolio.
  • Prepare proposals, business presentations, detailed service plans and reports for prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide KYC advice and ensure smooth onboarding support.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to guarantee high‑quality service delivery.
  • Identify and optimise commercial opportunities across the Middle East.
  • Drive upsell and cross‑sell initiatives where applicable.
  • Expand the business network and increase market awareness.
  • Lead commercial campaigns in the Middle East together with the Global Incorporations Business Development team.
  • Execute ad‑hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Required profile

  • Self‑motivated with the ability to think creatively to solve client issues.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical matters into clear, non‑technical language.
  • Effective presentation, planning and organisational abilities.
  • Experience tracking activity on accounts and supporting deal closure to meet targets.
  • Awareness of cultural differences and capacity to build relationships with diverse colleagues and clients.
