Material Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Material Engineer to join our well‑established contracting company in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of construction materials used in road, earthwork and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all material testing activities for roads, earthworks and related infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and quality requirements.
• Coordinate laboratory testing for soil, asphalt, concrete and aggregates.
• Prepare material submittals, reports and quality documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to verify material suitability before use.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams on material‑related issues.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a Material Engineer on UAE infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of soil classification, compaction, asphalt mix design and concrete testing.
• Familiarity with UAE authority specifications such as RTA and ADM.
• Ability to join immediately and work on‑site in Dubai.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
