About the role

The Operational Specialist – Air Operations will manage day‑to‑day operational and system‑related activities for supply‑chain management customers, ensuring operational excellence and high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle assigned operational, import/export and air shipment tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit required documentation within strict deadlines.
• Monitor and maintain agreed KPIs related to documentation and operational processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Maintain strong follow‑up across multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Organised, detail‑oriented with strong administrative and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive, with strong time‑management and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of CW1 (advantageous).
