Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Tanseeq Investment Group is expanding its centralized digital team and seeks a numbers‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist. You will own the end‑to‑end performance framework for B2C e‑commerce stores and B2B lead‑generation campaigns, managing substantial monthly ad spends and continuously optimizing funnels to lower CAC and maximize ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and scale multi‑channel paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, Shopping) and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Oversee daily budget pacing, select optimal bidding strategies, and prevent under‑ or over‑spending.
• Audit and enhance tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4 and Conversion APIs.
• Design and run A/B tests on creative assets, landing pages and audience clusters.
• Collaborate with internal designers, copywriters and platform managers to feed performance data back into asset production.
• Produce weekly and monthly executive dashboards reporting ROAS, CPA, MER and conversion trends.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on media buying or performance marketing experience in an agency or in‑house multi‑brand environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse large data sets and spot attribution anomalies.
• Proven experience managing significant ad budgets and scaling campaigns.

Required skills

• Expert‑level use of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Advanced setup of attribution in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with Shopify backend and related apps.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
