Senior AC Technician

About the role

VFMS Facilities Management and Services is seeking an experienced Senior AC Technician to lead HVAC maintenance activities across residential and commercial properties in Dubai. The role involves ensuring optimal performance of air‑conditioning and cooling systems while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective repairs on split AC, ducted, VRF/VRV, FCU, AHU and chilled water systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, providing timely solutions to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with the facilities team to schedule and execute maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Mentor junior technicians and promote best practices within the team.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance and repair.
• Background in facility management or building maintenance.
• ITI or Diploma in HVAC & Refrigeration preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a leadership mindset.
• Commitment to safety, quality service and continuous improvement.
