Skilled Construction Workers – Mason, Steel Fixer, Carpenter

About the role

Filips Shams Building Contracting L.L.C. (FSBC LLC) is seeking reliable and experienced construction workers for ongoing and upcoming projects across Dubai. Positions are open for Mason, Steel Fixer, and Shuttering Carpenter, with immediate or early start dates preferred for candidates already residing in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Perform masonry tasks including bricklaying, block work, and finishing.
• Install and tie reinforcement steel according to project drawings.
• Set up and dismantle formwork for concrete pours, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to site safety protocols and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the respective trade (masonry, steel fixing, or formwork).
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour on construction sites.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Available to join the project in the near term, preferably already based in the UAE.
