Account Executive – Recruitment (Oil & Gas)

About the role
The Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment in the Oil & Gas sector.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers; conduct regular client reviews to understand workforce needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through stakeholder mapping and market intelligence; drive revenue growth by upselling and cross‑selling NES services and workforce solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, account management, workforce solutions or staffing services within the GCC region’s Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities, with experience supporting onboarding activities, offers, mobilization, compliance and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
