Account Executive - Regional Accounts

About the role

The Account Executive – Regional Accounts will drive new business and renewals across Autodesk’s portfolio in key accounts within the Dubai region. Reporting to a Territory Sales Leader, the role works closely with internal sales teams and Autodesk partners to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a business plan targeting customers and resources to address business needs.
• Identify Customer Business Initiatives (CBIs) and develop strategies to help customers achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Account Team to align on account strategies and objectives.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads within designated accounts.
• Own sales to assigned accounts and drive expansion of Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Develop relationships with key executives and act as Autodesk’s representative in presentations.
• Maintain sales forecasts and manage opportunities.
• Participate in regular Account Team calls for updates and action items.
• Stay current with market trends, industry developments, and new technologies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of proven experience exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling software into the AECO industry is an advantage.
• Fluent English with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinking, complex problem‑solving, and strong industry knowledge.
• Track record of managing and growing a portfolio of mid‑market accounts.
• Executive‑level selling and relationship‑building experience.
