Account Executive / Senior Account Executive / Account Manager – Arabic Speaking

About the role

We are seeking Arabic‑speaking PR professionals to join our Dubai team at three levels – Account Executive, Senior Account Executive and Account Manager. You will work on media, influencer relations, storytelling and client campaigns, turning briefs into compelling PR stories.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Arabic and English media, journalists, creators and influencers; pitch stories and secure coverage.
• Write and edit press releases, pitches, statements and social media content in both languages, adapting English material into culturally relevant Arabic.
• Monitor UAE and GCC trends, news and social conversations to generate timely ideas for clients.
• Develop PR strategies and campaigns, research, plan, execute and report on results.
• Manage day‑to‑day client requirements, prepare presentations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support media events, launches and activations on‑site as needed.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist with proposals and pitches.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English, both spoken and written, with strong Arabic proofreading skills.
• 1–3 years experience for Account Executive, 3–5 years for Senior Account Executive, 5+ years for Account Manager.
• Established UAE/GCC media and influencer relationships and solid understanding of the regional media landscape.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to develop PR angles from briefs.
