Accounts Receivables Specialist

About the role

Reload Logistics, founded in 2007 and headquartered in Dubai, is an international freight forwarding, cross-border transportation, warehousing, project cargo and customs clearance provider active in more than 13 countries. It is looking for a highly motivated Accounts Receivables Specialist to manage and collect outstanding receivables from international clients, ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track accounts receivable balances and take ownership of the receivables ledger, ensuring accurate and timely posting of invoices, payments and credits.
• Follow up on outstanding payments proactively by phone, email and other means.
• Focus on high-priority collections critical to business continuity, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Build and maintain client relationships, resolving payment issues and disputes professionally, timely and courteously.
• Provide regular updates to management on receivables status, payment trends and issues affecting cash flow.
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve disputes or discrepancies related to invoices or payments.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivables, preferably in a logistics or international trade environment.
• Proven track record of solid collections and managing accounts receivables.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Preferred: experience with international clients and global payment practices, familiarity with logistics and transportation industry practices, and relevant accounting certifications such as ACCA/ACA/CPA.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software; very comfortable with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
