Admin & HR Officer

About the role

The Admin & HR Officer will support daily office operations and human‑resources activities for Lutech Composite Manufacturing, ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective employee services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and asset tracking (IT equipment, keys, badges).
• Organise travel, meetings and schedules for senior staff.
• Assist recruitment by posting ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews and facilitating onboarding.
• Maintain physical and digital employee records, attendance and leave tracking.
• Gather payroll data, support benefits enrollment and answer basic employee queries.
• Help plan team events and ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 2–4+ years of combined administration and HR experience.
• High level of discretion handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Familiarity with payroll systems.
