AI Agent Product Manager Graduate – Corporate Service System

About the role

Join ByteDance’s Employee Mobility & Workplace Service Products Team within the Corporate Information Systems department. As a graduate AI Agent Product Manager you will help shape AI‑native workplace tools that serve ByteDance employees worldwide, from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AI Agent product planning and design, turning cutting‑edge technology into usable product experiences.
• Uncover real enterprise user needs through interviews, data analysis and behavioral insights.
• Build and continuously refine an evaluation system to track product effectiveness and model performance.
• Explore AI application innovation, experimenting with office automation, knowledge management and content generation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or Information Management.
• Strong logical thinking, self‑driven attitude and user‑value orientation with excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.
• Genuine passion for AI products and a habit of following the latest developments in LLM and agent technologies.
