About the role

Join the Employee Mobility & Workplace Service Products team within ByteDance's Corporate Information Systems department. As an AI Agent Product Manager Graduate, you will help shape AI‑native workplace tools that serve ByteDance employees worldwide, turning cutting‑edge research into real, usable products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AI Agent product planning and design, turning technology concepts into usable features.
• Identify enterprise user needs through interviews, data analysis and behavioral insights.
• Translate user pain points into product requirements and roadmap items.
• Build and continuously improve an AI capability evaluation framework.
• Track product effectiveness and iterate based on real‑world feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and data teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (available to start by end of the year) with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to conduct user research, synthesize findings and communicate them clearly.
• Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Passion for AI applications in enterprise settings.
