AI & Automation Specialist – Real Estate Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on AI & Automation Specialist to lead the implementation, development, and continuous improvement of AI and automation across our real‑estate brokerage operations. The role focuses on identifying repetitive manual processes, automating them, boosting employee productivity, and enhancing lead and customer management with practical AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AI tools and automation workflows across the company.
• Analyze business processes to pinpoint automation opportunities.
• Build integrations using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate, linking CRM systems, WhatsApp, APIs, and webhooks.
• Develop and manage AI agents, chatbots, and voice assistants for internal and client‑facing use.
• Train and support staff in adopting AI tools and best practices.
• Monitor performance of automated solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with real‑estate technology platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) to streamline data flows.
• Conduct data analysis and create automated reports using Google Sheets or Excel.

• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently.
• Excellent research skills to evaluate and implement new technologies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and train non‑technical users.
• Experience or interest in real‑estate technology is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Understanding of AI automation and AI agents.
• Proficiency in workflow platforms: n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, WhatsApp automation, APIs, and webhooks.
• Programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with AI chatbots, voice agents, and data analysis.
• Automation of Google Sheets or Excel tasks.
• Familiarity with real‑estate platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
