AI Deployment Lead

About the role

The AI Deployment Lead will drive the delivery of AI‑powered solutions for mission‑critical projects across finance, energy and government sectors in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the AI Deployment team, you will act as the bridge between customers and internal technical teams, ensuring that solutions are built to address real business challenges and generate measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to identify high‑impact problems and define AI‑driven product features.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and use cases for data scientists, engineers and product leads.
• Lead agile sprints, manage project timelines and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of AI solutions.
• Travel regionally to onboard stakeholders, gather feedback and drive user adoption of deployed solutions.
• Serve as the customer champion, building trusted relationships and supporting long‑term success of AI deployments.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, product management, delivery consulting or technical account management.
• Background in top‑tier product or consulting organisations (e.g., Palantir, Google, Meta, Nvidia) is a plus.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with data scientists, engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
