About the role

Crucifer AI Technologies is seeking an AI Faculty Instructor to deliver practical, application‑led programs through the Crucifer Academy. You will guide adult learners, manage assessments, and continuously improve the curriculum while working in a high‑ownership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver live and digital sessions that simplify complex AI concepts.
• Run hands‑on labs, exercises, and demonstrations.
• Evaluate assignments and projects, providing structured feedback.
• Coach learners, identify knowledge gaps, and support remediation.
• Collaborate with content teams to keep curriculum aligned with current AI tools and industry practices.
• Track learner attendance, engagement, assessment outcomes, and feedback to drive course improvement.

Required profile

• Strong practical knowledge in AI or a related domain.
• Credible industry exposure and the ability to teach adults.
• Excellent communication skills for both live and digital delivery.
