AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and engaging AI Trainer to design and deliver practical Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI training programs for corporate clients and professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor‑led training on AI, Generative AI, and AI‑powered workplace productivity.
• Conduct engaging, practical sessions for corporate professionals at varying AI knowledge levels.
• Teach prompt engineering, effective prompting techniques, and methods to improve AI‑generated outputs.
• Demonstrate AI applications across business functions such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Operations, and Management.
• Develop training materials, presentations, exercises, case studies, assessments, and hands‑on activities.
• Customize programs to client requirements, industry, function, and participant skill levels.
• Explain complex AI concepts in simple, business‑friendly language for non‑technical audiences.
• Deliver beginner, intermediate, and advanced AI workshops based on participant needs.
• Educate participants on responsible AI use, data privacy, confidentiality, information security, bias, hallucinations, fact‑checking, and limitations of AI‑generated content.
• Stay updated with AI developments and continuously enhance training content.
• Gather participant feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of AI training programs.
• Deliver training through classroom sessions, corporate workshops, webinars, and virtual learning environments.

Required profile

• Strong practical knowledge and hands‑on experience with AI and Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity).
• Previous experience delivering AI, technology, digital transformation, or corporate training.
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and public‑speaking skills.
• Good understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical AI usage.
• Excellent English communication skills; UAE/GCC corporate training experience is a plus.
