Ambassador - Pool Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE set to open in 2027, is looking for an Ambassador for its Pool Services team. The resort will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a beach club, 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theater, a shopping promenade and a celebrations and events center.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival at the pool area and help with seating, towels and amenities.
• Anticipate guest needs and recommend poolside services.
• Act as a liaison between guests and other departments such as F&B, housekeeping and spa.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to feedback or concerns.
• Assist with cabana check-ins, reservations and VIP arrangements.
• Support poolside events and activations.
• Maintain a clean, organized pool environment and uphold Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Collaborate with lifeguards, attendants and receptionists and promote resort offerings while upselling premium experiences.
• Keep accurate records of guest preferences and service interactions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in guest relations, front office or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive service mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
