Architect – Construction Project Specialist

About the role
The company is seeking a qualified Architect with a strong civil construction background to lead architectural work on building projects. The role involves coordinating design, documentation and site execution with multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and coordinate architectural plans, drawings and details for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor quality and progress, and resolve architectural issues on‑site.
- Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP and other disciplines, and review shop drawings.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of as‑built drawings and project documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and building construction, preferably with a main contractor.
- Experience on high‑rise, residential or commercial projects in the UAE/GCC is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with BIM/Revit.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
