About the role
The Assistant AC Technician will support HVAC operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance activities across cleanrooms and production facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and chilled water systems.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities and monitor HVAC parameters.
- Assist in filter replacement, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support cleanroom environmental compliance and GMP requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC field.
- 1–3 years of experience in AC/HVAC maintenance.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cleanroom facilities preferred.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; willingness to work in shifts if required.
