Assistant Butler Manager

About the role

Assist in overseeing daily operations of the Butler Department at a Luxury Collection property in Dubai, ensuring personalized, anticipatory, and exceptional service for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Butler Manager in leading the team and maintaining service excellence.
• Welcome guests, coordinate arrivals and departures, and fulfill special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and records for personalized service.
• Handle VIP arrivals, guest concerns, and service recovery situations.
• Monitor and enforce Luxury Collection and Forbes service standards.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing Butler associates.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B and other departments.
• Prepare operational reports, guest feedback and departmental records.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Butler Services, Front Office, Guest Relations or luxury hospitality.
• At least 1 year supervisory or team‑lead experience in a hospitality setting.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
