Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Yas Plaza Hotels is seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the sourcing, attraction, and interview processes for new talent. You will ensure the right candidates are matched with the company’s long‑term objectives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various job portals and networks.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies to conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, strategies, and role differentiation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
