About the role

The United Arab Emirates University seeks a dynamic scholar to join its History department as an Assistant or Associate Professor. The successful candidate will teach and conduct research on the Contemporary History of the UAE or the Arabian Gulf, delivering high‑quality instruction in English.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• PhD in History (minimum qualification).
• Demonstrated expertise in the contemporary history of the UAE or the Arabian Gulf (preferred).
