Associate Director, Data Science Trainer

About the role

Fitch Learning is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Data Science training faculty in Dubai. You will design and deliver high‑impact learning programs that equip finance professionals with practical data science, analytics and quantitative skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs in data science, analytics and related technical subjects for corporate and professional learners.
• Create engaging learning materials such as presentations, practical exercises, case studies, assessments and supporting resources.
• Deliver training through virtual, in‑person and blended formats, ensuring content is clear and accessible.
• Contribute to the evolution of Fitch Learning’s data science curriculum and broader technical portfolio.
• Collaborate with product, sales and client‑facing teams to tailor learning solutions for clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in data science, machine learning and learning design, incorporating feedback to continuously improve offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering technical training for finance or related sectors.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, market‑relevant learning experiences.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Commitment to regular onsite presence in the Dubai office.
