Associate Director – Leasing (Real Estate & Asset Management)

About the role

The Associate Director – Leasing will lead the leasing performance of Al Futtaim Group’s residential and commercial portfolio in Dubai. You will shape and execute portfolio‑wide leasing strategies that drive revenue, occupancy and asset optimisation while collaborating closely with Asset Management, Finance and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy aligned with business objectives, market conditions and asset‑level targets.
• Drive revenue growth and portfolio optimisation through pricing, rental uplift, lease structuring and inventory management.
• Lead leasing and occupancy initiatives, ensuring high occupancy rates, effective renewals and tenant retention.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging UAE market networks to expand the broker and channel partner pipeline.
• Manage relationships with brokers and channel partners, setting performance expectations and maximising market coverage.
• Lead negotiations for high‑value and complex leasing transactions, ensuring pricing aligns with asset goals.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in leasing, real‑estate or asset‑management environments.
• Strong analytical and financial assessment capabilities to evaluate pricing and portfolio performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across finance, asset management and external partners.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market, including competitor activity and customer segmentation.
