Associate – Health and Life Sciences

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Associate to join its Health and Life Sciences practice in Dubai. The role involves supporting clients in payer, provider, digital health, and life sciences sectors, helping them achieve strategic and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution of project workstreams, including hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, and analysis.
• Synthesize findings into presentations and discuss insights with clients and stakeholders.
• Support Partners in project delivery, ensuring high‑quality execution and reporting to Engagement Managers and Principals.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to their skill development.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
• Prior experience in health‑related topics and a track record of leading teams under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
