Associate IT Customer Support

About the role

KBR is seeking UAE nationals for an Associate IT Customer Support position in Abu Dhabi. The role provides first‑level technical assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of desktop environments and rapid incident resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deliver, and install desktop assets for end users.
• Provide desktop incident management and support ticket handling.
• Assist with hardware movement, storage, and relocation of users between offices.
• Build, image, and configure PCs for deployment.
• Follow KBR IT processes, health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of IT support or customer service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing tools, and remote support tools.
