Associate Operations Training & Onboarding

About the role

instashop is seeking an Associate Operations Training & Onboarding professional to support the delivery and execution of onboarding and training programs for riders, pickers, and operational teams across its markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of onboarding programs, ensuring timely completion of mandatory training and deployment requirements.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher, and operational training sessions according to approved plans, SOPs, and business needs.
• Maintain training materials, attendance records, assessments, and certification data.
• Monitor trainee performance, identify skill gaps, and coordinate targeted coaching or retraining.
• Track training completion and post‑training performance, providing regular updates to Specialists and Operations teams.
• Participate in training improvement initiatives, employee engagement activities, and process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in Training, L&D or related operational functions.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu, both verbal and written.
• Effective time‑management, interpersonal, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑learning platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
