Associate Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Production Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role you will apply established production procedures to address routine engineering challenges, working under the guidance of senior engineers and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts based on customer requirements, budgets and market research.
• Participate in development meetings to discuss product ideas and feasibility.
• Analyse market and industry trends to inform product design.
• Create preliminary sketches and detailed 3‑D models using computer‑aided design tools.
• Perform theoretical testing on design models and validate specifications.
• Select appropriate materials and define manufacturing processes.
• Oversee assembly activities to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Product Engineer or in a comparable role.
• Strong analytical and design capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Awareness of current industry and market trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer‑aided design and modeling software.
