Associate Production Engineer

About the role

The Associate Production Engineer will apply established production procedures to address routine engineering challenges. Working under guidance from senior team members, the role blends conceptual knowledge of production and fabrication with practical problem‑solving in a fast‑paced energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts based on customer needs, budgets and market research.
• Collaborate with the development team to discuss and refine product ideas.
• Analyse market and industry trends to inform design decisions.
• Create preliminary sketches and detailed 3D models using computer‑aided design software.
• Conduct theoretical testing on design models and validate performance.
• Prepare full product specifications and select appropriate materials.
• Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and market specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Engineer or in a similar engineering role.
• Strong analytical and design capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Awareness of industry and market trends.
